The Beauty Fable
Type: Editorial
Year: 2026
The Beauty Fable is a visual research project that investigates the systemic pressure of digital beauty standards and commercial promises of transformation. Heavily inspired by John Berger’s theories on publicity, the project analyzes public imagery, exploring the collective need to alter, filter, and correct bodies. It demonstrates how contemporary media and the culture of perfection generate collective inadequacy, turning the body into a problem to be solved.
