Query is a collective editorial project that translates the British Museum's digital archive into a structured visual encyclopedia. The publication organizes a massive shared dataset, exploring historical classifications through a unified layout system. Each contributor curated and documented a specific selection of artifacts. The project demonstrates how the collective management of an archive can be transformed into a rigorous graphic design methodology.
